The 5th KIAS Workshop on Particle Physics and Cosmology is co-organized with Center for Future High Energy Physics (CFHEP), IHEP, China. There will be a number of review talks on the recent results from LHC and B-factory, IceCube and dark matter search experiments and related theoretical issues, And this year there will be special sessions on future collider projects including ILC, Higgs factories(CEPC, FCC-ee), and 100TeV Collider (SPPC, FCC-hh), which will open a new energy scale beyond the LHC reach.  We welcome contributed talks on the related subjects from the participants of this meeting.
