Preparation / Submission

Abstract   The abstract should be prepared in LaTeX style and a sample file can be downloaded here. The printed version should not exceed one page long. Please send LaTeX and Pdf files of your abstract to pdr3385@kias.re.kr before 17 June. A small number of contributed talks will be selected from the abstracts submitted.

Presentation material   It is recommended that invited speakers prepare their presentation material in pdf/ppt/html/ps files. Those who prefer to use transparencies should notify us via e-mail to pdr3385@kias.re.kr before 1 July. Please send your presentation file to pdr3385@kias.re.kr before 1 July. The presentation file will be linked to the homepage for download. The dimensions of allocated wall space for a poster are 1170mm height x 890mm width.
