1. Check - in / out

Please check in individually after 2pm. Dec. 20th and check out before 11am. Dec. 23rd at the reception desk of Yongpyong Resort GREENPIA CONDO.

2. Dinner on Dec. 20th:

Please gather at the check-in desk(2F), Greenpia by 5:45 pm.

3. Lecture hall

Greenpia Condominium Silver hall 1st floor

(Dec. 20th 5pm - Dec. 23rd 1pm)

4. Breakfast

Sandwiches and drinks will be prepared at the lecture hall from 8:30 am.

5. Lunch & Dinner

Lunch and dinner will be covered by KIAS.
