Reservation Notice (For Poster presenters & general participants, 포스터 발표자 및 일반 참가자) 

All participants except for the invited speakers/organizers are requested to make their own reservations in case that all rooms in Homeplus Academy are filled.

1. First-come first-served basis
Please register early to reserve an accommodation in Homeplus Academy.
Homeplus Academy can accommodate about 100 people. If there are no rooms available in Homeplus Academy, you need to look for another accommodation in nearby hotels/pensions, some of which are listed below.

2. Room sharing
For those who want to stay at Homeplus Academy, each room is going to be shared by three or more people depending on the room size. To this end, you need to specify your gender and other co-occupants, with whom you would like to share the room when you make a registration.

3. Accommodation confirm
Homeplus Academy will send you an email confirming the accommodation between Jan. 31, 2016 and Feb. 18, 2016.

4. NOTE: Accommodation fee is NOT supported for poster presenters & general participants.
